Newton Square Mall

A re-development of an existing Bingo facility and strip mall located on King George Highway in Surrey B.C. This project involves the renovation of 3 existing buildings and adds a new CRU building to the North East corner of the site.

The design character is contemporary with clean lines, substantial glazing and a palette of high quality & durable materials. In order to support maximum tenant flexibility, extensive storefront entry glazing enables flexible entry locations. The colour palette is neutral to highlight the tenant signage.
