Oceanside GM, Parksville

Replacement of existing automotive dealership on the same existing narrow site.  Existing facility maintained during construction.  Interior showroom features heavy timber millwork and stone accents to corporate GM Image 2000 prototype.  Water fountain vehicle display and showroom ceramic tile work echo Parksville's beach theme.  Shop features used oil heating, undercoating bay, oversized quick access vehicle bay, and interior car detailing bays.
